Probiotics and cramping

Hey there

I'm looking for some advice, under the guidance of a naturopath after seeing her for digestive complaints (IBS) she suggested I take metagenics ultra flora that has 15 billion of lactobacillus aciphodious and bifidobacterium lactis (Probably atrocious spelling but hopefully you get the jist)

Since starting I have had increased cramping, but toughed it out for a few weeks. It got to be too much however, as I started getting very painful gas pain in my lower abdomen and lower back, which was really terrible for a week even after ceasing the probiotics. It's been two weeks since my last dose and still having a lot of cramping in my upper and lower abdomen, left and right sides. Usually my pain is all under my right rib but it's been all over and it's very disconcerting feeling so horrible most of the time.

Brief history, I've had two colonoscopies and two endoscopes, blood tests stool tests, no blood no inflammation no celiac. I was tested for SIBO a year ago, came back positive and took antiobiotics but problems persisted. Gastro doctors have been little help and outright cold at times, naturopath was okay but seemed totally inept about my problems... I felt I knew more about my issues than she did.

Other issues are brain fog, fatigue, poor concentration and memory, but my biggest concern is the cramping right now, what to do to calm it? Thanks for any help!
