For every infection or virus (cellulitis, colds, flus, etc) I've used around 6-8 cloves or raw garlic a day to get rid of them, but how does this translate to a garlic tincture?
I am currently 11 days from harvesting my first garlic tincture and I'm not sure on the dosages one would use to be effective.
Can you give me a bit of advice on that? What are your dosages on the garlic tincture you use?
ps: fwiw, it's about 3/4 garlic apple sauce consistency and 1/4 vodka on the top.
