I believe my gut flora is definitely out of wack, but I'm noticing my cramping seems to be worse while taking probiotic supplements. It got so intense I've had to take a break, and that was a few weeks ago and I'm still finding the cramping kind of bad, not sure why. I know the probiotics helped with brain fog/fatigue, as lately since stopping the biotics those things have been worse again. I'm just concerned I may have overloaded myself and I'm unsure how to get it back in better balance. I will try those things though, and hopefully that might settle it down.
