Sinus rinse ideas, etc, and ear treatment for possible parasites

What are sinus rinses someone can do, and how, to prevent sinus parasites? Ear rinses? (Note: I'm afraid to put liquid in my ears, so preferably without putting it directly in) How can someone know if they have them? I've had tinnitus since late 2006 n also had a broken nose in the past. Also, I have a few essential oils, how can I use them for it? Lavender, and then also tea tree oil. Don't know if geranium could be used for that. Also, peppermint, maybe too strong for that though.
