Dr. Sutter has promoted his Coke Flush as the perfect one, but he relented and said you can "mix and match" various aspects of other flushes. However, he says that the Epsom Salt used in most flushes is not only unhealthy but useless. I am just passing this along. I think its purpose is to act as a laxative. But there are other laxatives available.
