Re: I am MSG free and lovin it

These forums are becoming very good and informative to me at this time in my life as ive been diagnosed with arrhythmia..(fast heartbeat) and very scarey...my first attack started in May 2015 after collapsing with chest pain and thinking and been told i was having a heart attack as been taking by ambulance to resus and heart beat of 200+ and been given an injection threw iv.. ibencor?? think its called and after 20mins coming back round and feeling much better... since then i have ben under the Heart specialist and been put on beta blockers all because of a substance called MSG.. Now we are in October and now been told i have to have an ablation to my heart and am very scared..but i have to carry on and eat a very healthy Diet now upto the surgery.. i have been in and out of hospital just this month..4times ... going shopping today in Sainsburys in Romford i got chatting to a lady and she was wondering why i was checking labels... i told her was msg free and had to explain... anyway the reason for this post is to tell people who are msg free that i have found out that all aunt bessies stuff is msg free and have just eaten crispy aunt bessies chipsss,,, mmmm so yummie lol...and not had an attack or chest pain yet...so they must be good, i also have stew on the go for tonights dinner with Kallo stock cubes and aunt bessies frozen dumplings....just wanted to tell you all that i have bort n help others to be able to eat chips again lol.

if you need help with information..i spoke to lovely lady from aunt bessies and she helped me while i was shopping in Sainsburys and we were going through products of aunt bessies that i could have,, and Sainsburys are doing all reduced price aunt bessies at the minute, chips where £2 for big bag stuffing balls £1, frozen aunt bessies dumpings £1.....also best of all aunt bessies choc pots mmm cant wait to eat them later... LOL.. ohh before i forget.... gravy granules.. aunt bessies are also msg free but Sainsburys didint have any today... hope this helps a few more people to eat nicer food now ....
