Question about bile secretion

I am wondering, during the days prior to the Liver Flush, how much do I need to reduce fat/protein intake. I don't want to go overboard, because going without fat/protein makes me very tired and somewhat dysfunctional. If i add a spoonful of olive oil to my food, will the gall bladder secrete just enough bile to deal with a spoonful of oil, or does it go ahead and secrete a lot of bile in anticipation of more fats? At what point does going without fat/protein become useless because the gallbladder has saved up as much bile as it can hold?

What foods are the safest to eat when one is conserving bile? Does lemon water encourage a lot of bile? What are the most nutritious things one can eat without releasing bile?

The last flush I did, although successful, was almost cancelled due to dizzyness and feeling panicky from lack-of-nutrients...I'd like to avoid this next time!

Thanks!
