maybe doing a more gentle cleanse without a break could be easier for you. and by the way, ashwagadnha will increase your immune respnse and will make you sleep better. it is also an energizer. for me it has done miracles (already one month in). similar product is the siberian ginseng, i can also recommend that as an alternative. i personally think it is best to buy the bulk powders because all those pills are who knows what they have in them. especially if you are on meds. plus taking something to support your liver can be good too! and back off the doses...and could you not just simply "become" depressed/burnt out and just be off work for a while that way...?
