I'm not so good at this- I've read a million forums, but have never participated before.

I didn't know I had HSV1, and I haven't had any new partners. I was taking a lot of ubiquinol to combat a cold/cough when the outbreak started. I took some again during the outbreak, and it seemed it was worse, even bigger. Perhaps it provided energy for the infected cells to multiply?
