Alot of times the meds need to be repeated. If u have a heavy infect it cld take a lot longer to clear, and if you have very large worm that are scattered meds may not work. Ectraction seems to be the only cure for the big monsters, but if its just little ones you can kill them with meds/herbs, repeating and rotating.
