I would suggest not to do flushes without two doses of ES as per the protocol. ES widens your internal ducts to allow big stones to flow through. Just drinking oil by itself does not yield any stones. It will clean your intestines though. If your GB is full of stones and blocking the bile to flow through easily, everytime you eat fats you will experience pain on your right side under the ribs.

If you are taking all the Sensible Health Liver-Flush herbs then you do not need to worry, in a few weeks you will be ready to flush.
