Help me diagnosis cause of ophthalmoplegia and brain fog

greetings,

I have a strange complex of symptoms I am hoping someone here can give insight to as the Docs haven't been very helpful so far

I have struggled with these for over 20 years, I am 44 now

Began with sudden onset of chronic conjunctivitis that lasted about 2.5 years

my symptoms include:

>ophthalmoplegia
>Severe brain fog worse in the morning, often comes with allergy like symptoms
>Chronic eye irritation and light sensitivity
>Anxiety and depression
>Poor appetite

I am hoping to see a neurologist soon, but all blood work seems normal so far, checked liver and thyroid,

a saliva test indicated low adrenal function and DHEA

any guesses?
