Thank you Archus. Someone on the rawfoodsupport.com forum suggested that I sprout flax seeds. Perhaps I will give it a try although I've heard it's a tough process.

Living without machines - well that's a bit far from where I am but yes, I have, over the years, sensed that technology has an impact on my consciousness, and usually it is in the direction of making it attenuated, weaker, dull. So I prefer to avoid phones and TV, and use my hands and feet when I can instead of using machines like blenders or even cars. It's not so easy. Tweet
