Edit:11/6 I was,seen by 2 drs 1 from walk in clinic another from ER. The one from walk in clinic did a strep test it was negative. Which he then said it was a virus and there's nothing they do for a virus. The ER DR said its laryngitis no blood work, the only test was the strep test. The ER DR said he could order an xray but I'd still have to follow up with my Dr and he would be doing me more harm than good due to the radiation.

Edit: I have a dry socket. It was filled with a medicated patch.

Edit: 11/10 I just wanted to update that I've been using an infrared sauna at around 142-145F. The itching all over my body and even the feeling I have bugs crawling in my nose have calmed down.I have been using the BEMER, sauna then BEMER again after the sauna.
