The disturbance(s) in visual field from regular usage took me away from it as a solution.
Yellowing, very much so, of perceived visual field.

Add to that, it only went so far and no more in addressing core problem(s). Diminishing returns were blatantly evidenced in my particular case.

Raw garlic has been much better in treating my particular infirmity.
And I do mean Raw. Not pills. Raw, chopped into very small pieces, chewed well. Daily. At least once. Better, twice. Once in the morning, another shot before going to bed and sleep.

What is, "bugging," me absolutely hates this, "protocol."

This is not to advise you as to what to do for you.
I would not, and am not, being so presumptuous.
This is in the spirit of sharing notes and nothing more.

I have not, will not, state, "The Way."
That is ridiculous, in my book.
We all have so little, yet so much, in information.
So little when we go to, "certified," docs and so much when we come, "online."

The wheat from the chaff, separating for individual needs, is a part-time job in itself.
And for some, full time.
