Benzo Withdrawal Help... How to heal the brain faster

I am trying to withdraw from Xanax . I have been on it solid for two months. I know that's not a long time, but i am experiencing extreme withdrawals.

I have been tapering and and adhering to the schedule but wanted to know if anyone had any adivce on the following topics that i have been thinking of trying:

HBOT - I read that hyperbaric oxygen treatment could potentially help heal my brain faster so that I can fix myself quicker without use of the drugs.

WAter Cure - I have already tried this a little bit during my withdrawals. It does help with my blood pressure but i dont know if it helps with all the pains and nerve pain and tremors.

Does anyone else have any successful stories on how to help heal the brain faster from benzo withdrawal?
