Re: Best treatment for Traveler's Diarrhea

I have dabbled with taking coconut oil, psyllium husks, Bentonite clay, garlic, apples, and large amounts of yogurt as well. Haven't done this in a consistent enough way to tell if any of these other things helped.

Would love to hear if anyone else has tried natural or alternative remedies to help with severe diarrhea. Tweet
