My experience with saline flush is you should use 9grams salt per liter filtered water better a little less.

You can do a flush 2 times a day for 10 days then take 10 days off.

In my opinion though all saline will eventually dry out your sinus, in fact pretty much all sprays or products will do this, collodial up my nose makes me go mental, i am currently trying ponaris its an emmolient, so far no problems with this. Tweet
