Thanks for the link. Sounds like electrolytes go on holiday during a fast. I respect that. I'll keep riding it out. When not fasting, I ordinarily pee a lot anyway, as I tend to drink a lot of water and eat a high water-content diet of fresh fruits and veggies. Guess, I've just amped it up a bit, and my kidneys are doing their thing excreting all the toxic junk in me through my urine. Sounds like quite a blessing!
