Day 12 of 40 day fast

Well I made it to day 12. I just couldn't follow all the good advice received. I live in Florida where it is still 90 degrees. I had to have ice in my water. Also, since being told Smart water has Sugar even though the bottle says it doesn't, I switched to club soda, seltzer and sparkling water. So far I haven't experienced any bad side effects.

Will this kill me, I don't know. I know the scale today says I weigh 257.8.
