I am happy that you gave your input, Golthing.
I agree with you on the point of some conditions needing the whole distance to be gone through.
It is not the rule for everything though. Gastritis. for example, could be easily cured with 2 weeks for the most part. Provided that the person doesn't fall in the old patterns afterwards.
I may case, with serious joint involvement, most probably a long fast would be much more productive than many short ones.
Lyme, Hashimoto and adrenal fatigue evolve over extended period and most likely they are somehow connected in their genesis in your case. Could it be leaky gut, leaking antigens? Or overall exhaustion, that opened the door to Lyme? It is certainly very individual, both disease-generation and healing through fasting -wise... with different timelines and length.
