Re: Many types of Water - Which one to drink?
DL,
This is a highly controversial subject. In my opinion a long term use of only distilled water is not beneficial to our health. I look at things with one simple rule, take what nature gives you as whole and complete product. When we think food we think whole food (Apple, orange, cucumber) and same way we should think whole water when it comes to water.
Unfortunately, our water supplies are messed with a lot. So we have no choice but to try and get rid of chlorine and fluoride from it because now we know these are very toxic elements for our body. I loved this article by Chet Day, commented on by Dr. Mercola.
Please read this article thoroughly.

I use filtered water all day and only add three drops of concentrace minerals to my last glass of water before going to bed. I used distilled water for a few months, many years ago and realized that it was too acidic for me and then switched to filtered water. I believe that nature made
Alkaline Water is great for us, but minerals added in factory or with our own hands does not create whole water.
Please let me know what you decide to do going forward.
Take care.
