This isn't going to be something that'll be easy, it'll be a very steep long mountain climb that you will have to endure for years so you have to come into the diet knowing full well youre committed and realize that any going back will only make you sick again.
I'm not an expert on the topic so I can't tell you why it's important to never go off the diet what it does to your body and what not but from experience I can tell you that if you stick to these diets it will work and any deviation from them will set you back to where you started so you have to realize going in that youre in for the long haul so I wish you the best with your health and good luck getting rid of this evil disease.
