question - help!
Read up on these forums and the internet about the infamous
Master-Cleanse and started it 10 days ago - with first 3 days doing the juice fast, just so not to jump so abruptly into it.. and then got to MC..!
I am on day 7 now and I feel great.. a bit weird at times - cold and lightheaded mostly..
Haven't lost a lot of weight thus far.. - that seems strange
although I do *feel* lighter.. my stomach is flat and I'm not swallen.
My face isn't clearing up though
All that, I hope, will keep coming, as I plan to do it for 30 days
I don't look at it as a "30-day fast", but a day-to-day thing.. cause I miss solid food already
Most importantly -- I am sticking with it
I though I would not be able to do it at all, but I have..!
I am not hungry, but I do have cravings. I was eating healthy food up until
Master-Cleanse too, but I did have a lot of cravings in the evening, and so I put on some weight which I hope to lose now. The cravings were very rarely for junk (and I never gave into those..) instead, I munch on nuts (raw: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, soya nuts, pumpkin seeds..) and fruit.
Question: now, I have some business trips coming up, and will, no doubt, have to attend some lunches and dinners - what do I do?!? I can't just sip water, it's very inappropriate and rude, and I can't refuse to go to these.
I don't wanna break the
Master-Cleanse and then climb back on.. cause I know I have to get off it slowly, again possibly with juice fast and raw fruit and vegetables and gradually go back to solid normal food.
help..!
