Please help! crackling wind sound in ear!

I NEED help. i have had a crackling, "wind" sound in my right ear for the past three days that has not stopped at all. every minute of every hour, i hear/ feel a sort of rumbling wind deep within my ear. It sounds/ feels like little vibrations are occurring. It is not a ringing like tinnitus. There really isnt a sound persay, just the uneven crackling vibrations that create noise in themselves. It is driving me insane.
I do have adrenal fatigue, hashimotos (hypothyroid), copper and mercury toxicity, liver congestion, and lyme disease, so im at a loss of which one it could be.
Does ANYONE else have this issue and have any suggestion as to what might be causing it? Tweet
