I am looking for a way to get more Vitamin D without taking oral supplements.
GREAT AND YOU ARE IN LUCK. DR. CHRISTOPHER CANCER CURE INCLUDED GETTING MORE VITAMIN D BY TAKING ALL YOUR CLOTHS OFF AND BENDING OVER AND LETTING THE SUN HIT WHERE THE SUN NORMALLY NEVER SHINES….HUMANS WERE NEVER DESIGNED TO WEAR CLOTHING AND ARE DESIGNED TO HAVE A 100% TAN ALL OVER….OTHERWISE NO ONE CAN BUY A TRUE VITAMIN, OUR ORGANS MAKE THE VITAMINS…..SOME HUMANS HAVE 100+ ORGANS THAT ARE DIS-FUNCTIONAL AT BIRTH AND WILL STRUGGLE FOR LIFE AND ACTUALLY, MOST ALL HUMANS ALIVE TODAY HAVE 100 LESS THAN THE HUMANS OF JUST 200 YEARS AGO. ALL THESE ORGANS THAT CREATE HORMONES ARE ESSENTIAL TO OUR LONGEVITY. RADIATION / X RAYS ARE DEADLY TO THESE ORGANS.


Obviously I would love to get more sunshine,
WOULDN'T WE ALL
I LIVE WAY TOO FAR NORTH
I DON'T GET 2% OF THE SUN I WOULD LIKE TO GET, BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE I NEED TO WORK EVERY DAY AND NO TIME TO RELAX IN THE SUN.

but my recent bloodwork shows that I am deficient (and I was just diagnosed with MS),
MS IS BAD NEWS
I LIVE IN THE MS BELT OF THE ENTIRE WORLD
IN MY AREA THE SCIENTIST BLAMED IT ON THE LIME IN THE WATER TABLE.
WHILE ACTUALLY ALL HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE A RESULT OF THE ENTIRE HEALTH THAT COMPLIES UNTIL MEDICAL CAN DIAGNOSE IT.
MS IS NOT A GOOD ONE AS PEOPLE OFTEN GO SUPER THIN, CAN'T WALK AND LIVE IN WHEEL CHAIRS---SO DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO BE YOUR FUTURE IS MY BEST ADVICE.

so the sunshine I am getting is simply not enough.

MY DREAM WOULD BE LIKE PAUL BRAGG AND HEAD TO HAWIA AND LAY IN THE SUN.

I have a huge problem taking supplements, as they give me headaches very quickly due to how they are processed.
IF THEY ARE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS, THEY ALL HAVE PROBLEMS IN MY OPINION.


Doesn't matter how natural or pure the ingredients are, this is simply how it is for me (I believe it has to do with the processing, similar to why free glutamic acid gives me headaches). I am also a celiac, and probably have a difficult time absorbing the vitamin D I do ingest from my food.
SO TIME TO RETURN TO NATURE
BOOK I SIMPLY PROVES WE HUMANS ARE CREATED TO EAT SWEET FRESH TREE FRUITS ONLY, ALL ELSE HAS A PROBLEMS AND THIS DATES BACK TO 1850'S MEDICAL FACTS.

Therefore, I am wondering if there is any non-oral, non-sunshine source of vitamin D out there I can take.
IN MY OPINION, THEY WOULD ALL BE FAKES
WE MAKE VITAMIN D AS A RESULT OF SUN
PEOPLE WHO TAN NICE ARE LUCKY PEOPLE


Like an oil for my skin, which I have found as a source for a magnesium supplement. Am I looking for something that doesn't exist?

WHAT EVER YOU PUT ON YOUR SKIN, MAKE SURE YOU CAN ALSO EAT IT.

NOTHING IS CHEAPER OR BETTER THAN OUR SUN.
