Dr Clark or Dr Schulz detox/incurables

Hi there, I need to continue cleanse and I am in a quandry as to whether to do Dr Hulda Clark array.. ( which I have done before many years ago ) or Dr Richard Schulz Incurables Program ( I have only ever done indiviual cleanses from the Herb Doc never the full 30 days. )

I have dont enemas at home. Is a high enema possible to do at home? (I have also done one night of the cold sheet )

What are the thoughts between doing one or the other.
( ihave some weird symptoms which I dont understand... bad pain in my right foot, ache in my right arm abd I also seem to have a chest issue. I am 53.. healthy, relatively fit, vegan who takes green powder and rice protien etc etc and probably too many sugars via fruit which I love :) )
