Continued iodine use and breast health

I have (had) been successfully using Iodoral and the companion nutrients with the salt protocol for terrible fibrocystic lumps in my breasts for several months. The pain, swelling, and lumps diminished almost completely, immediately. However in the past month, out of nowhere all the pain, swelling, and lumps have returned and I haven't change a thing. I am very confused and discouraged because I thought I'd finally found the missing link to my breast health. Any advice on this situation would be greatly appreciated!
