Amateur to master

Hi everyone
I've been reading on this master cleanse and I want to give it a shot as I think my health is at a new low;
I feel pretty overwhelmed with the info available and I would like if someone would provide me insight on what I need to get to make this sucessful; I would like to do 10 day cleanse (ideally)

I really would like to be able to incorporate juicing while the fast if at all possible. Also, i'm currently having Amalgams removed and will be traveling to Africa in 1 month for a couple weeks; is it wise to wait after dental work and the trip?

Any thoughts are extremly appreciated
