Your Detox Essentials contains 'calcium ascorbate'.

I do not do well with calcium & was wondering why calcium over sodium ascorbate.

Is calcium ascorbate ok for somebody with extreme magnesium deficiency from Cipro Toxicity?

What are your thoughts on sodium ascorbate?
