Re: Bank Repossessed Homes Rose 66% From Last Year
Yeah it's people like you and your friend that I'm fighting for along with the rest of the 99% who are getting screwed. I'm not in foreclosure, which is an advantage since these crooks usually pull out their other bag of tricks when they're getting ready to foreclose. They aren't ready for someone who isn't in foreclosure, and there's nothing they can do about it since they did this stuff years ago. There is no statute of limitations for fraud. The clock starts ticking when you discover the fraud.
I like that Jubilee theme. Maybe I can develop a team of people who know how to fight these criminals and call it Team Jubilee or something, since canceling all this illegal debt and crushing the system behind it is the goal.
If you want to start learning part of what has happened, check out this forensic examination done by a county clerk in Florida. 759 pgs.

And if you want a good book that shows one angle on how to stop the crime using their own laws:

"Fighting the Foreclosure Machine" is written by a lawyer who has been helping people fight foreclosure for years. You can download the free paper "FTFM Paper No. 1301" to see how it's very well written in language people can understand and gives very specific laws and a great concept on how to attack them.
Welcome to Team Jubilee. ;-)
