Hi, I am on a candida diet to help my body fight the candida overgrowth and I am very very sensitive to everything that kills the candida, I can only tolerate tiny tiny amounts of those things.
I recently bought borax and I have since understood that is also very good at killing candida and I've tried both taking a bath in it and diluting it in water and drinking and both gives me severe die off symptoms, I can only handle a few grains (that is grains, not grams) a day and I still feel that a lot.
I have experienced allready after a few days improvements in my joints which is very welcome.
I now wonder if boron kills candida the same way borax does, if so I might as well keep taking tiny tiny amounts of borax since I have that allready, but if not I would like to take some more of boron for the benefetis it has.
