So while I have some time to myself this weekend, I thought I would do a brief dry fast. I have already started an extended water fast, although I have heard from some experienced fasters that they start their extended fasts with 1-2 days of dry fasting to curb that hunger and also to enter ketosis faster.
Also, apologies if this has been discussed elsewwhere, but do you believe that dry fasting gives better results than water fasting? Obviously one you can do longer than the other... but why do you dry fast?
