20 year fungal and bacterial sinus infecttion

Hi everyone,

My name is Erin I used to LIVE on these boards. I knew some day I would come back and help people who suffer with chronic sinus problems and had MULTIPLE sinus surgeries like i did. (I had 4)!! I have created a blog that is doing really well. It's information on how I eat now, what suppliments I am on and what steps I took to recover. I not only had chronic sinus (both fungal and bacterial) but a host of other heath problems probably brought on by both fungus and over 20 years of Antibiotics .
