I don't think you actually can. I believe it would be near impossible unless you chose to live like Jesus or mother Teresa for a few lifetimes. good luck remembering that in the next lifetime.

In my humble opinion, take back your sovereignty and declare some of these agreements to suffer karmic debts Null and Void.
