Well, many of us knew all along that the medical and drug industries are all about profit, but when one of their own comes out with a report like this it is encouraging for our species.

Besides drugs the doctors put so many stents, perform bypasses and C sections when the patients really don't need it because our system is rigged.

We in the US face these type of practices more than rest of the world.
