Re: ozone water some questions.
Most metal fillings are made of tin, and other materials that are not very susceptible to oxidation. Consider this, chlorine is in drinking water and does not affect fillings, or at least fillings are made to withstand chlorine. Chlorine is also an oxidant (less powerful, but still an oxidant). Therefore, I would say you are safe. For more info on ozone compatibility, see link below.

How much water is safe to drink? Hard to drink too much water.
I think the better question is, what level of ozone in water is safe to drink?
There is no unsafe level of ozone in water. The big danger is that you will kill the "good" bacteria in your stomach, along with the "bad" bacteria. Therefore you may get an upset stomach with too much ozone in the water. Therefore, I would slowly increase ozone levels in the water.
The reality is, most home ozone generators produce very little ozone, and do not have the capacity to put any appreciable level of ozone in the water. Therefore, I can assume you will be safe. See link below for more info on ozone solubility:

AS far as energy, not sure it will give you more energy. Have to try it know for sure.
And, the ozone itself will never make it to your blood by drinking the ozone. Elevated levels of oxygen might, but not ozone. Half-life is too short.
