Chronic testicular pain

Why don't pain medications help with testicular pain? I have been taking pain pills for this condition for over a year now, and they never worked. I always assumed I just needed to build up the blood level, or whatever.This obviously is not the case. Every pain medication I've tried has done nothing to reduce my level of pain. I want to know why! It's a perfectly simple question! Why can't anybody answer this question?! Tweet
