Re: Need help and more information...
Hi,
Yes, if I were you.. I would would steer clear of all known allergens. And if you don't know what your allergens are, try and avoid the well known ones... you can google "allergenic foods" and that will give you a very good idea.
I would recommend cutting out tree nuts, and only drink A2 milk and have A2 yogurts. I also would strongly suggest cutting cutting out gluten, so no breads, pastas. If you can cut out grains (corn, rice etc) that is also good.
So what does that leave? Lots of vegetables and lots of salads, lots of seeds, and meats and A2 dariy. The only way to heal well imv is with animal proteins. Animal proteins also assist the stomach to make intrinsic factor - essential for B12 absorption.
Do a few flushes using the
Hulda Clark method and keep doing the coffee's.
Take B12 for your
Arthritis pain and energy in the methyl bio available form as well as folate (in the bio available methyl form, ie, metafolin) or eat alot of steamed spinach for your folate. Be very careful what vitamins you put in as you may be genetically unable to process synthetic vitamins, making you even more tired. Folic acid in the synthetic form is well known to do this and can cause deficiencies. Increase omega 3 fatty acids, eat fatty fish and/or take fish oil and/or flaxeed oil daily. Also read up on Borax and the connection boron deficiency has in arthritis. Consider taking
Iodine to balance your hormones and to protect from estrogen dominance.
Avoid any types of pain medications and recreational drugs or alcohol as these will also stress your liver. If you like to drink (as I do) limit to one glass of red per day.
All I can think of for now... good luck.
