While Ro post might have been a little bit direct I can see her point when someone like yourself that's well informed and "knows" that the Master-Cleanse is a "specific protocol" comes to this forum and post some pretty empty statement about something that's not part of the Master-Cleanse protocol as being "better" and you don't bother to elaborate a bit even when asked "Better as in what?"

I have seen you redirect people on the Water Fast forum to the general fasting forum "more than once..." when they post something that doesn't adhere to Fuhrman, Bragg or your ideas on water fasting. So I would definetly say the same thing that you said to Ro.
