I am thinking of doing 30 days alternating dry fast/eating day dry fast/eating day
do you think there should be an upper limit on dry fasting?
I would feel completely comfortable doing this with water, but i am wondering if dry fasting is too intense up to a certain point
I completed a 30 day Water Fast as well as a 7 day dry fast before, these days I am dry fasting 1 day a week.
half a month without water seems like quite a bit, so i am wondering if you think dry fasting gets too a point of diminishing returns or the more the merrier
