Anyone used Rechts-Regulat (a fermented enzyme liquid) successfully for chronic candida overgrowth
I'm curious if anyone has experience with Rechts-Regulat enzyme liquid. How much, how often, for how long and so on? Was there a significant Herxheimer reaction? Any other tips?
After ~20 years of 'undiagnosable' illnesses I had a positive tongue swab for candida albicans a few months ago. I've been on a no-carb diet with plenty of fresh greens for months and tried various anti-fungals including oregano oil, Fluconazole, coconut oil, gum-turpentine, clove, lemongrass, neem leaf. The Herxheimer reaction is unbearable on those things and despite symptoms clearing up while on the anti-fungals, the candida grows back forcefully once the anti-fungal is stopped.
Consuming a few hundred grams of fresh green papaya before each meal, along with extra papain and bromeliad capsules has provided noticeable improvement in my condition, my tongue sores are healed for example, without Herxheimer exhaustion. However I still see threads in the wc and feel a complete healing is some distance away. My success with enzymes had me researching other enzyme therapies and Rechts-Regulat struck me as something very promising. I don't have any yet, its in transit… But am very curious if anyone has any tips on using it.
My diet is basically raw and cooked veg, parsley, organic meats, eggs, fish, butter. I also take probiotics, cabbage rejuvelac, chlorella, spirulina and a few minerals - zinc, magnesium, molybdenum...
