No, the 'bananas for potassium' is a gimmiky ploy.

I use that site often for specifics on nutrition.

6 grams of potassium for eating 100 grams of frozen parsely?

That's not even counting the higher amount when greens are fresh.
Some spinach, a salad of dark greens, some kale, a strong parsely tea should help brighten you up.


Don't go the tea/coffee route right now- avoid the tannin heavy stuff, it robs vitamin B1 which the kidneys need.
