I have been oil pulling for about 7 months now. primarily because I read an article similar to this and I'm always intrigued by natural beauty regimens. I also remember in 4th grade when my teacher asked my mom what was she doing differently with me as she noticed I was no longer congested with a runny nose in class. My mom responded; "I make coconut oil for her...I give her a teaspoon everyday" With that memory, along with reading that article it must be benificial somehow!

I went to the dentist this morning to have one of my wisdom teeth filled. The assistant came in to take a pic of the decaying tooth for the doc. After a few failed attempts to capture the shot, she said the dentist will have to do it because she was having a hard time.. He came in, tried several times to take the pic, checked the files to ensure he was working on the right tooth, then finally said, "there is nothing there" .That's when I told him about my oil pulling.
