I agree, treatments like this are utter madness and just show how little knowledge, researchers and the medical profession possess.

Unfortunately research done so far by what I can only describe as "incompetent" researchers is going to significantly extend the time to resolution for this illness. That is because other researchers are unlikely to look again in the correct area as when they search past research they will realise that the research has already been done but not know that it was not done well enough.

BTW Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome is caused by a bacterial infection and biofilm.
