Re: Ascaridole

Each ounce of oil uses a couple a hundred pounds of the stuff.

The doses back then were drop (s) per pound, per day to cure young children.

I bought the strain (seeds) and the bush did not grow much.

There are locations where thousands of acres grow.
The oil was used, and cured, much to the horror of medical concerns, that a few companies could do this. in 1915 the distillation process was standardized Brooklyn NY. This caused huge testing and dosing ramifications. The weed had been used since the 1600's, but now it was a medicine.

I think, the oil was lost as a causality of large medical corporations flexing its muscle, to see what It could control.

I think medicine had nothing to do with it.
South America did not follow USA pharma foolishness, they found peumus boldus oil to compete with Indian epazote. The usa epazote was grown somewhere in the Arizona area.

Boldo Oil is available in Spain, and in Bolivia.

Boldo Oil is close, very close, and may actually be so close that it matters not.

The two oxygen atoms strapped across the molecules make the oil explosive.
