Phosphatidylcholine, 1200mg after a meal,
Now foods super enzymes blend 1-2 capsules for fat-rich meals (has ox bile in the right quantity, 100mg or less in one capsule). ( GB3 by endomet labs is another supplement which has had very good reports here on CZ which helps bile production through containing ox bile.)

Herbal tea, chicory root, dandelion root, genitian, milk thistle. Chicory root is strongest in choline.

coffee enemas on a day when you have time to rest and will not be disturbed, best in the morning.

Evening meals rich in kale or something like a spinach quiche, heavy on spinach.

Any of those tactics. Best, a combination of them. ;)

Use of magnesium oil and foods rich in phosphorus help gear the liver to releasing more bile. The cola flush protocol fx, uses orthophosphoric acid drops in water for 3 days and then cola with the olive oil to prime the pipes, instead of magnesium sulfate (the classic Hulda Clark liver flush, which uses internal Epsom Salts ).

Look up bile in wikipedia, look for the sequence of letters 'chol' in the definition/chemical name given for bile. (First paragraph ;)
