If you eat salmon its most likely roundworms. Probably Ascaris Roundworm. One piece of salmon can have 10,000 eggs. When cooking fish or any meat you have to cook fish to a minimum of 145 degrees. Use a thermometer. If you do not reach this temperature the parasites are not dead.
