Re: Acute facial aging & poor B Complex metabolism.
Use organic silica and magnesium with your b-complex pills, drink fresh-pressed lemon juice daly, nibble some of the peel (organic is best!)
Each of those are very good for the skin, especially lemon and silica for the collagen layer just under the protective area.
Little white dots coming out the skin are a sign of candida overgrowth. Alcohol wipes out a ton of b-vitamins, but more importantly, your healthy gut bacteria. Alcohol acts as a promotor of fermentation bacteria (ethanol basically signals them to go into overgrowth), and then you get the issues with pimples, a breakdown of your immune health, and candiasis.
Whatever your liver's struggling with will come out your skin, so watch the nose area, face secondly, then the rest of the body. If it's real oily, there is a need for more choline and b3, if it's dry and flaky, selenium and fat-soluable vitamins.. the list goes on and on.
Extra vitamin B1 is especially important for folk who have been drinking a long time.
Probiotics are also.
Key? Give the liver a rest, live long and prosper~
