Re: making changes to stay on fast

sorry Archus but will disagree with stopping my fast. Since taking the pepcid I feel so much better. I take thyroid med because no thyroid. I half meds and will be getting levels check and try to get the thyroid med changed to another. It happens whether I eat or not.
I am keeping a check on coated tongue and if I get hungry I definitely will eat
At this point I will not fear what ifs or I never would have done fasting to begin with.
I know my general overall health is much better and I will stop pepcid after a few days.
I don't use inhaler and asthma has always been from acid reflux nothing else so I just went to the source of my problem.
